I have purchased an EVGA RTX 2080 TI XC Hybrid and am having some issues. Your boost core clock is not working, it reaches a maximum at 1350MHz and if I try to make any kind of modification with MSI AfterBurner or X1 Precision, Windows just crashes. And your energy sensor (watts) doesn't work like that either as I can't change the Power limit

(I've already left power mode adaptable and updated and downgraded the drivers several times)
