Must be an issue with Brave browser then... As far as I know there's nothing to be cleared. I guess I won't be able to use this website anymore.
To clear your cache in Brave do this.
Click the 3 vertical bars at the top right, then click on Settings.
This will open a page where you click on the Privacy and settings spot.
This will open up a new page where you can clear the cache.
If this doesn't work, try going into your profile and set Region - Language. https://www.evga.com/community/myProfile.asp
