Lol, maybe OCD, but I could have SWORE it showed 113 before I updated the firmware for resizeable bar after figuring out how to convert my OS to GBT. I should do a Kombuster test with PX1 and then with AB just to see lmao 🤣😂

No it's been 112 every since launch. I got my card in the first batch in June.

One thing I have decided to try doing, because this card does get quite hot unless you put it underwater, is lower the power to 80%. For most of the games that I play at 3440x1440p, 80% still gives me over 120 FPS in most cases which is the refresh rate of my monitor.

My Optimus block arrived a couple of weeks back and I installed it and played with the OC much more than I'd done when I had it on air.

Here's my best Time Spy score so far. It was good for #11 the day I ran it against other scores from a Ryzen 5900x and a 3080ti.

I haven't played with the OC anymore since that day because I've been too busy gaming with the card. I'd like to go back and see if I can improve that score enough to enter the top 10. I haven't been running that OC since that day either because the game I've spent the most time playing recently is a very old one for which any OC, or even using a 3080ti, is tremendous overkill that makes absolutely no improvement over cards from a few years ago.

A bit late to the party, but I saw what everyone else was doing so I went straight for +100 / +800 super stable no issues. Did not touch the power limits.

Edit: I've had it in game and in furmark. Side question, is furmark any good or should I just pony up and get 3DMark?

Furmark isn't really useful for measuring performance, unless you are using it to measure the performance of your cooling solution.

I don't actually use Furmark at all, but I do use MSI Kombustor which is the same concept just to see what my water temps get to and what GPU/VRAM/etc. temps are observed while running it. If my OC will run stably in Kombustor for a while and some of the other canned benchmarks it'll generally run stable in anything else. That said, every game stresses the gpu differently so for testing OCs really the games you actually play will be the best stress test. As for actual performance metrics, I'll use the various 3DMark benchmarks, and then once my curiosity has been satisfied I'll just go back to actual gaming, where a difference of 1 or 2fps isn't even noticed.

You would think +1000 on memory pretty stable till you play AC Valhalla. The best I can do is +200 on mem and +120 on core.

I'd cracked the window of my basement mancave open last night and let it get pretty cool in there. Ran my OCed water-cooled 3080ti at +1675MHz VRAM +210MHz GPU (this is in Precision X1) along with my OC Ryzen 5900x and OC RAM and got 21147 in TimeSpy. That was good for #1 for Ryzen 5900x and 3080ti. Also got 25676 in Fire Strike Extreme with that same profile, which was likewise good for #1 in Ryzen 5900x and 3080ti. My Port Royal score, which depends significantly less on CPU than these other two, is only 14860, good for like top 50 or so but still like 500 points away from #1.

I know that the profile linked above won't be generally stable. I got an error in Fire Strike that wasn't repeated, but I got it. That right there shows it. I haven't tried playing a game at that profile. I may, just out of curiosity, but I anticipate I'll have to dial back the VRAM quite a bit and the GPU a couple of ticks worth. I'll try it in Star Citizen and Battlefield 2042, and maybe a couple other things if I find the time.

Never mind, I stability was only with MSI afterburner. PX1 is running it just fine at 120core and 650mem. Even on AC Valhalla. Played it for a few hours this morning, no driver crashes whatsoever. Air cooled stable at 2070MHz the entire time.
