As I suspected, the European auto-notification times seem to be much later than the international/US times. The EU website took much longer to stabilize. 

The time difference is so varied with 8.20 am seems to be the sime when it actually opened.  there is someone very lucky soul at 6/3/2021 6:26:25 AM PT :)

There's a lot of US times in the early 7:XXs PT, while in EU there are much fewer times like that, most of the time are >8:XX

if all the people who registered is in the list we could have a chance, i'm afraid it will be much longer though
 
and my biggest question, right when the site became operational, i checked: on EVGA 3080 forum 230 people as myself i guess everyone online at the moment, i'm asking who was causing all the stuttering
