Is AntOnline an Authorized Reseller, they carry a large spectrum of EVGA but I can't find any "authorized reseller" list on the site.

Thanks, I found that but was not sure it was the "complete" list.  So for anyone that stumbles on this, AntOnline is NOT an authorized reseller.

I thought it depended on if they got there card from one of the distributors then they would be okay. I have heard or at least seen a couple of computer shops that supposedly verified with EVGA that their cards were good for step up as while the card was purchased from them retail it came from the distributor who provides to the retail.  I would probably call antonline and evga.

^This.  If AntOnline purchases a card through one of our Authorized Distributors, we would not have a record of the sale between the Disty and their customer.  If you have a serial number, we can look up where the card was shipped, but it would be best to contact AntOnline to verify where they receive their cards from.  If it's directly from one of our Authorized Distributors, then the card would be eligible for Step-Up.

EVGA Support was able to confirm that "it depends".  Basically, once you get the device in they check the Serial #.  So there is no way to validate ahead of purchase.  Given the current environment I went ahead and took the risk.  The minute it arrived I registered and had support verify.  All good!  Was able to get a 3060 and it is now in the StepUp queue for a 3080Ti.  So good luck!

I purchased an "Exclusive EVGA Bundle" from Antonline that included a GTX 1660 Super, Z15 Keyboard, and 650w Supernova G3. I'm hoping to step up and sure hope EVGA will allow the step up.

After looking at your 1660 Super, you should be totally fine with doing step up. @ddorfeld
