For the Hybrid Kit on the 90, can we use 2.5mm pads 2+.5 and 1 mm pads since theres no pads available in increments of .25? 




I just successfully remounted using 2mm Gelid Ultimates.  Didn't reduce temps as much as I had hoped though.  About 6C.  If you use Gelid Extreme pads (much softer than Ultimate), you could use 2+0.5 or 1.5+1.0.  Just try to stack them without any air gaps.  I think some people put thermal paste in between.  Not sure if that helps but probably doesn't hurt.

I'm waiting for my 1mm pads tomorrow. Purchased a full set of Gelid Ultimates. I asked evga support and they said to do 2.5mm and 1 mm. Now I just gotta decide 2mm or 2.5mm :( Going to compare with the existing pad on the hybrid and see what looks similar. I bought a 11g tube of kyronaut to add inbetween the pads and top of the pads for contact.

would any of these sizes qualify for the 3070 ftw3 ultra?
my wife got wasted and yeeted a red slushee at me and my pc. Got all of it off the 3070 with 99% isopropyl but I trashed the pads thinking I’d put better ones without looking up the sizes first… after reading now I’ll never do that again lol.
