New fans still going strong.  Oil didn't do it for one of the fans, but the other got quiet right away.  Really depends on how far gone the bearings are.

You only need thermal paste if you take the heatsink itself off the card. Those fans look to be correct, yes. 

How did you find out the part number? I need to replace a fan on my EVGA GTX 1050.
