Unfortunately, I can't get the headphone output to work.
The card is installed and I can only get sound from the line out but not from the headphone output.
I cannot start the installed software. Deleting the folder App Data folder, then Local, then EVGA doesn't help. Windows is reinstalled.
The microphone works.
The onboard sound card is deactivated.
I have already tested another slot
System:
Ryzen 5 3200
ASRock B450
Sapphire Radeon RX 5500 XT
It would be nice if there is a solution.
