Just wondering while I compare these results:

My card has higher core + mem (and yes stable) and still falls behind 200pts. I do still have an old cpu (8700k), pcie gen 3 and an 60cm riser cable.
I guess my card can hit the HOF already when put in the right rig^^

 
The CPU and PCIE 3.0 vs PCIE 4.0 has minimal to no effect on Port Royal scores.  I'm able to get similar scores in a 6700K system to what I get in a 5950X system with the kingpin cards.

so i ran into strange issue, sometimes when I start port royal with ln2 bios and both nvvdd and msvdd switches enabled my kingpin draws between 450 - 480 Watts. The other time i start it with the same settings it draws 480 -520 Watts. I have this with px1 and with afterburner aswell. Ive also seen it in games where sometimes the game draws 440 - 470 Watts and after changing the map and then go back to the same map it suddenly draws the 500-520 Watts. Settings are always the same. What could be the issue here?

 I  ask bavor what he was doing to get his temps down and said he had 2 loops with disconects and 2 pumps with a Rad in a cooler with Ice and water for Gpu loop . I copy it and went over  16 K.   plus 1000 w rebar vbios and classified tool which helped the memory OC better. 1600 w psu. The card has pulled over 870 w .When winter comes I can open garage door with out using ice and cooler and start runs at -3c any colder loop slushes up, this card should get close to 16400 in the winter I think. I don't think any scores above 16K have not used augmented cooling ! I Have 2x480 in front and 2x360 in the top, 60 mm thick, in push pull and with out a cold ambient temp Rads and fans can only do so much for  benchmarks. Looking forward to Winter with ambient around at - 10 f . I won't need the 2nd chilled loop.

I tried to go for +230 core but can't get it stable even when I add 1.25v NVDD :(
 
Overall I'm still very happy with the card but I'm super disappointed with the Hydro Copper Kit.
Delta is about 25c when under 600w load... just not acceptable. I checked the die + mem contact and re-seated the card already. I'm using Kryonaut paste + thermal right extreme pads (2mm) front and full cover pad (arctic 1.5mm) on the back.

Thats a great score at 51 c, that card will go faster. This run was at 30 c with cooler and ice water with rad, +255 core,  +1540 mem , http://www.3dmark.com/pr/1134299 , Looking forward to OP Blocks and winter.

My personal goal is to ush the card to 16k pr score. Currently I'm pretty sure that temps are holding the card back pretty hard
