I was referring to all bios' for all SKU's of the KPE. Something been funky since day one for me, for example the LN2 bios hits PL at 430W for me so I'm basically forced to use XOC for daily driving.

If you dig around the original XOC bios isn't hard to find. I don't think anybody has the BAR-enabled XOC bios though, if they do... nobody has leaked it.

In my little bit of testing I scored lower with rebar enabled bios ( even with rebar off in MB bios) So I went back to regular, but that was NOT with RE-Bar XOC though.

Just checked and it's called 3090kp_x_bar.rom.....
Can't tell since for my 3999 it doesn't work well with X1 Precision, as the bios is for 3998 😆🤣
How do I check for rebar outside of x1?
Might be worth flashing the bios over my XOC switch position, since it's quite useless to me, and probably meant for this exact purpose, which would mean the 480w limit bios on it is just a place holder for warranty purposes 😉

If you have rebar bios on card, and enabled in MoBo Bios , GPUZ will show if it's enabled or not.

Every card & system is different. Set aside some time, create an excel sheet and start benching like the rest of us

I was tired OK, also fustrated with issues in general getting this **** working lol
Will restart in XOC mode and see how the updated Classified tool works with no power limit :)

Edit- my ambient seems to be quite warm since I started in the high 20s while trying to find stable voltage, and was 29c at start of this run lol
