That's a lot of watts considering no voltage bump. Surprised you didn't crash due to lack of volts when boosting to 2.2ghz. Keep tinkering these cards can behave very strangely and I find they are very temperature sensitive in pretty odd ways. Excel is your friend!
 
Try the dip-switches or small incremental voltage bumps in Classified tool. XOC would probably help esp. if pushing voltages but keep in mind the potential to lose warranty should you get really unlucky.

Does anyone here have a dual loop setup for cpu/gpu?
How much radiator did you have for the GPU(KP 3090), and what brand. I was wondering if a Hardware Labs GTS 360 and Hardware Labs SR2 MP 360 would be enough for the KP HC by itself, with one set of pull fans each(Lian li unifans)
I can fit a second set of fans on the gts on the side of my o11d xl if needed, but want some more info before buying the gts

Dual 360s is probably more than you actually need for the just the GPU in a loop, so it should be more than adequate in performance in terms of heat dissipation.

Wanted to maximize cooling for kingpin so it holds higher clocks, but honestly I think I'll be fine 😆
