what happened to your 3080 bro

Opening window wont do the trick. Insulation in walls prevent it. I have record for air cooling. 
 
Ambient is 6C with strong breeze. 3rd floor with elavated apartment so strong wind
 
GPU start temp is 7C 
 
CPU clocks maxed around 19C
 
GPU max temp was 47 and AVG 44. Its on my sign. Building a temp. setup on outside is very worth it :) 10x better then AC trick

If anyone happens to be using the unlocked bios do you happen to know if/why it's not throttling at idle? Idle power draw is around 122W. Idle power draw on anything else is around 20-30W (expected). Seems like a bug.

EDIT: Just confirmed he tested it on a 3090 FTW3 Ultra and same results. Idle power draw is very high. I get it's an XOC bios but drawing that much at idle makes no sense.

This is a Kingping and 3090 ftw3 Ultra in Sli. Waterblock for ultra should be here Wed. Air cooled Ultra holding both back. Px1 wanted to do firmware update and was afraid to do it . http://www.3dmark.com/pr/689934

Just FYI two separate kingpins both running the same newest version of PX1 and both updated fine.

But will it do to a Ultra and Kingpin at the same time ?

I didn't mean they were plugged in at the same time. Just used two different Kingpins, no issues updating. Either a few people just got a bad OLED controller or something else was triggering the OLED bricks.
 

Only way to know is to update.

I updated Firmware and it shows both cards it did not fix Lcd on Kingpin, the card I have has that problem, hope for a fix,don't want to Rma it.
