I contacted EVGA CS bc there is some wacky stuff going on with the product notifications. I looked at my notifies list last night and saw a notification for the KPE HC kit was supposedly sent to me; I had enrolled in it back in April I believe, and I never received the email. I've received all "sent" notifications per my notifies list, and have all those emails in my inbox. EVGA emails don't get sent to my spam folder. So, figured it was a one-off, I re-enrolled in the auto-notify for the block last night. Checked about an hour ago and said it was sent again, within the timeframe I re-enrolled last night up until when I check (< 24hrs). I have received no notification email; funny how the notifies don't work for this particular, hard to get item...
I'm struggling with CS (as usual) to get them to take accountability for errors on their side, however I'm curious to know if anyone has run into similar issues/inconsistencies?
