Thanks for the kind words.  Unfortunately, the points that associates get for use of their code has a 30 day waiting period, so I will be paying for my KPE (assuming my F5 practice pays off).  I really do appreciate folks using my code (I will find a use for the points eventually) and especially for participating in this thread...it has made my wait easier...being able to live vicariously through folks who got them in the first drop before US Thanksgiving.

I placed my order, sort of. It's hung up and has to go to another department to get fixed. So, yes I sort of ordered. lol. I hope it gets fixed and can ship today.

Thanks! Yea, I called support and then @ Jacob on Twitter but he asked if I had a ticket, but they did not give me a ticket, they just said they would get it fixed and I would get an order confirmation once it's fixed. Maybe he can help get it fixed.

I'd give it another hour and if you don't have confirmation, I would call again.  You want to get the order in and done before 2 pm which is there internal shipping cutoff time.  You want the KPE to ship today!!!
