Just got a product notification email but it was for the FTW3 hybrid kit. Boo.

Was it for the 3080? I might be looking to unload my kingpin for a 3080 hybrid. I prefer a smaller case to the performance of the Kingpin at 1440

Hope they have about 100 to sell next week as i'm 60+ down the list and keep going farther away.  I was not going to buy and pass it up and wait for a ftw3 but with the problems i'm hoping its not
with the Kp cards.

It was just for the hybrid kit which I no longer need since my 3090 FTW3 Ultra bricked last month. Now I’m all in waiting for the Kingpin or bust since I’ve let all of my other card purchase emails expire waiting for the Big Boy.

I’m in the same boat as you. My 3090 FTW3 Ultra was killed by the red light of death last month so I’m hoping the Kingpin doesn’t have the same issue with its higher quality components.

I did start, fps in the opening was around 70~ at 1440p DLSS Quality, Everything Maxed out. +75 Core +1200 mem Power used was in the low 400w-440w range.

 
That’s impressive! Thanks for these numbers. I hope to be playing this on a KP next week sometime and appreciate the benchmark. I hear that Cyberpunk is the new Crysis.
 
I’ll be trying at both 3440x1440 and 4K so I’ll expect less frames due to pushing more pixels.

 
 
For reference. I'm playing it on a 3090 FTW3 Ultra. 100core 250 mem OC.  With everything maxed (psycho settings) and dlss quality I get ~70 fps in 1440p and 35-40 in 4k. So I would assume the Kingpin depending on bin would be similar or slightly higher.

just to note the kingpin if comparing to a FTW3 you will add 120 core offset as the boost is 1920 vs 1800. update I had to back down to +45core on the kingpin (or +165 vs the FTW3 3090)

Thanks! It sounds like CP may be one of those games that doesn’t like too high of a core OC. I guess that makes sense given how much it taxes GPU usage.
