There may not be enough users here in the European queue for a 3070, but I thought it might be useful to gather a list of notification times so we can keep track of any progress that might happen, or perhaps highlight how far behind the US queue this gets.
 
I'm happy to collate this if people post comments with their times. To keep it consistent, please post the time from the body of your notification email, found near the end just above your shipping address. For some reason this seems to be in CEST, but I assume it means at least we'll all be posting times in the same time zone. For example, in my email that reads "29/10/2020 5:43:19 PM Step-Up ID: XXXXXXX" (the email was received at 1543 GMT).
 
Note: It's messy to compare times directly to the US queue because of time zones and the complication of daylight saving time. As far as I can tell, the 3070 launched at 0600 PDT, 0900 EDT, 1300 GMT and 1400 CET. However while I think it was available for Step Up almost immediately on the US site, as far as I know it wasn't in Europe until around 1542 GMT / 1642 CET. Times below are in CEST (ie CET+1).

I think you should have got a Step 1 of 4 email when you signed up, those are the ones I'm tracking for now - I think it'll be a while before any of us get to step 2. If you don't have it but know the approximate time (and country) you signed up I'll add you as an approximate time. Thanks!

Also in the queue, the time in my email was 17:43:58. So 15:43:58 GMT. Thanks for posting this and hope we all get our cards soon!

The time in my email is 6:53:54 PM, so looks like I am gonna be waiting a little while!

It's ok, I think we all are - I suspect it will take quite a while for the process to start at all, but once it does you might be ok. Because it wasn't added to Europe Step Up straight away I think there might not be the same concentration around the start time that there is on the US list. Thanks for joining in with this list :-)

On evga site says I'm in the queue but no email yet.

I started my step-up at 3.40pm uk time on the 29th. Will confirm time from email once I get it through. I'm nervous 😓

Let's hope that EVGA gets this queue moving faster than 3080 / 3090. I received step 1 email on 29 Oct. 16:47 Central European Time +1.
