Looking @ 2070 to sign up for the 3000 step-up programs, but someone said Hybrid is a No-Go, and Office Depot is not on EVGA list even though they are a legit retailer.

I found the link to the Office Depot GPU for sale.  EVGA would honor the purchase of the GPU for Step Up.  While Office Depot is not a direct authorized re-seller, it would qualify, since it was from an EVGA authorized Distributor.  Be sure to register the GPU  as soon as you get it, and apply for the Step Up.
