So, I was wondering, for a mic to connect to line in, what does the mic have to connect through to get it to recognize it and have clean signal? Do you just get an XLR mic and a phantom power supply then your good or is there more too it? Look everywhere online but cant find anything about connecting a line-in mic to a sound card.
