Hi, I got this graphics card around last January. Up until now I have not used display port at all, i have been using HDMI. Today i got an Oculus Rift S and cannot set it up because it wont detect on the display ports. I have been troubleshooting this all day, with multiple computers and I have concluded that the display ports on the graphics card are the problem. Here is my troubleshooting process:

1.I read (almost lol)every single Rift S post on the internet about the "No display port connection" problem. I followed every bit of advice and was not able to fix it.

2.I plugged my Rift S into my friends computer. He has a gtx 970. The Rift S worked with no problems.

3.I then put my 2070 super into my friends computer and tried the Rift S. Same problem, unable to detect the display port.

So clearly ALL the display ports on my 2070 super are the problem here. Are there any more troubleshooting steps i can take? If not how do i go about fixing/replacing my 2070 super. I really just want to get this fix and play some VR man. Thank you very much for your help!

Can't help you with the Rift, but for RMA register your card here: https://www.evga.com/support/register.asp

Call or open a ticket to RMA the card (it's best to call, as they can help troubleshoot): https://www.evga.com/support/ticket/support.aspx       https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/
