I can hit 448w with this bios but it depends on what application is running, 4k Gow5 360w I hit power limit, Kombustor I hit 448w both are hitting power limit at different times,

Yeah, I've always had variability with the actual power draw of my FTW3 Ultra even when it came to using the original 450watt VBIOS. It seems like there are some games that just won't leverage the potential extra power draw. It can be pretty strange sometimes though, AC:Valhalla will only pull the full 450watts on the GPU during the loading screen where you can basically run around in that void. In-game it generally pulls around 375watts. The game I have found to scale very well with power is The Division 2, it will usually pull between 430-450. And when it comes to the new ReBar VBIOS I definitely have seen some pretty nice performance increases in some games. I gained around 10FPS on average in AC:Valhalla @4K with most settings on Ultra and some on high. Saw around a 3-4% performance improvement in Horizon Zero Dawn's benchmark at 4K with maxed settings. Gonna check out Forza Horizon 4 today and see what kind of performance increase I get in that game. What I've seen so far lines up pretty well with the performance numbers that Nvidia presented in that article that came out with the announcement of the release of ReBar.

i tested on my 3080 ftw3 ultra hybrid. NonOC - rdr 9FPS EXTRA! on 2k ultra setting (ofc bloom and blur off) cpu is 3600 ryzen OC'ed. I have to try other games like Metro etc.

I wasn't able to get a valid test on RDR2 because my settings reset after the driver install. Went from about 72fps to 70fps in the bench, 4K, +90 +1000 max power.  I guess there's a setting missed that's slowing things down.  Does anyone know how to disable re-BAR, do you do it in the MB settings (without getting no display)?

same here, I had to setup everything from scratch.
regarding disabling rebar...well I think you have to disable it in bios, reboot and test. At least on my asus I am able to disable rebar only.

Just the re-bar off, leave the beyond-4G-whatever on?

Asus told me that disabling rebar will turn off 4G decoding and enable CSM setup...i agreed. performed testing and when I rebooted back to bios, i enabled rebar. bios told me that 4G will be enabled and CSM disabled, hit "OK" and I am back. kind a clunky way how to do testing. But I am not planning to do it on daily basis :)

Interesting, I'll have to see what it does on my MSI board.  Already had a native UEFI W10 install/no CSM setting before this.

First post updated to resizable bar version and official release. This is the same update that you will get through Precision X1.

I have 3080FTW3 ULTRA ,
On normal switch have the stock bios.
On OC switch I have already updated to XOC 450w bios. (The pre BAR one).

A hybrid kit is on the way : )

1. If I want to have the BAR XOC normal switch / oc switch bioses, will I have just to run the executables of hybrid one files ?

Or I need to flash the original oc bios on oc switch put the hybrid kit and then flash the bar of hybrid ?

2. Is it possible to have on one switch a bios without bar and on the other switch a bios with bar?

3. Is it possible to have on normal switch the normal BAR version of hybrid (not XOC) and on oc switch the BAR version of XOC hybrid one ?

I know many queries , but waited too long for the kit and have been considering all these questions, not a better place to ask , too excited

@Evga_jacobF, good work ,really.

Okay so i just updated my early stock ftw3 to the xoc rebar bios and now my 0 fan curve in afterburner doesn't work anymore. It worked before on the stock oc bios. Any ideas?
