im running 2100 @ 1.050v no mem oc. stable on air. what voltage r u at when u run 2100 or more?

For instance in Port Royal its around 1.002 up to 1.037 mV when running just below or up to 2100 mhz @ just under 400w. When it goes over 2100 there it crashes. Temps 68-70°C. Perhaps the chip just cant do more, but I would think if it pushes a little more volts it might be stable at 2115/2130 etc. There is another 50w and it can go up to 1093mV right.

Need still some assistance guys with my 3080FTW3, I'm still being power limited at 412-420w It's pretty inconsistent even with the power sliders set to 118% and GPU usage at 100% in the new MC RTX full release (Most games this happens)
Power draws are hovering around as follows
PCIE:40w
Pins 1-3: 125w 145w 110w

I am getting something similar and I am using an AIO Hybrid Mod. Using 3dmark Time Spy and Port Royal. Custom Voltage vs Freq Curve. It is the 450W XOC Bios. There are no connected fans so there should be most if not all spare wattage for the GPU. The GPU Memory Junction Temperature was around  80C it also has active cooling via the back plate and 2x 80mm blowing on it. Not sure how the power is supposed to be allocated, 50W is reserved just for fans/RGB?

Anyone else getting similar results with XOC?

I am getting the following power usage:

In your instance it's not Power limited, the program you're using just isn't using that much.
My issue would say "pwr" under "PerfCap Reason"

Either way I fixed mine.

Oh it is power limited this is just the sensor data I did not screenshot it during the testing this is just after. But indeed it was due to power limit. How did you fix yours?

I'm reluctant to tell people yet, I just got the Timespy global number 1 spot for a 3080 with a 9900KF lol.. And my card only just does 2100-2115 mhz sustained.

Don't really want it wiped out in less than 24 hours :P
Either way, it's almost entirley fixed the pwr cap during a timespy run.. Hits it once in the second test.

Give me a few days of feeling good about myself and i'll post the rectification.

You don’t even have the highest graphics score of the top 4 though (it looks like top graphics would be the guy in 9th place) ...

Number one overall though, big improvement from 34th or whatever my previous best was just with the fix.

Here is my results on PortRoyal default OC Bios. PowerDraw by PCI-E Slot 78.2w MAX and 74.2 AVG. Do you think xoc bios is worth trying?

It's not the absolute perfect solution (EVGA fixing their bios would be that..)
But I can now hold a fixed voltage and frequency in cyberpunk (And so far every other game) without throttling back at 415w.. I'm just happy that I didn't have to shunt mod the thing to get it to run as expected.
I'll do some more testing (Hopefully tonight) and post m sy solution once i've confirmed something.

Wouldn't necessarily recomend the XOC on air (Nor my solution) 420w+ is hard to keep cool. Even with 85% fan duty and an open case I'd see 65-72c.. It can help if you're trying to get up the leaderboards on timespy, but I'd only do one bios and keep the other standard, at least you've got the option.
I've got an EK block now and it's 46-52c under heavy load depending on my water temperature.
