I have 2 evga rtx 3080 xc3 ultra gaming model products, 1 of them do oc without problems, I am writing memory speed 2600 mhz it works perfect
 
the other is when I type memory speed 2000 mhz, the product turns off the screen and does not work.
 
how can you help me

hello, I used precisionx1 and 2000 memory speed turns off after running for a certain time 

With the NEW VBar Support announced, a new VBIOS is needed eventually.
 
I am hoping we can get this 450W Beta BIOS updated with the VBar resize support for both Normal (1) and OC (2) switches?

Nice i just updated my motherboard bios
  -Support Re-size BAR function to enhance GPU performance.

Jacob acknowledged it and XOC bioses with resizeable BAR are coming.

is that EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA BIOS 2 (OC) = XOC with 450W or 500W?
 
the BIOS colllection @ techpowerup lists only max 450W.

They're both 450w, only difference is the OC one has no fan stop and has a more aggressive fan profile...
