This bios\card is a BEAST!

I can't get 2100+ MHz in my setup, I also have FTW3 with Coolermaster A1200W and Phanteks P500A case (very good airflow). Do you use X1 or AB? Would you mind sharing your settings?

I max out at 118% power
+200 core
+650 mem
 
This gives me between 2200 and 2100 steady in game.  Fans at 100% but who cares when you are in VR. :)

I had the problem that my graphics card seemed to have the default OC BIOS twice because nothing changed when I changed the switch. After I installed the RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA normal BIOS from here, the fans also finally turn off in idle.
Is the normal BIOS here the default BIOS which is meant to be on the card usually?

Make sure your system is OFF completely.  Then put your switch on OC (make sure it clicks all the way)...boot up....then flash the OC bios...then shut down completely...switch to normal ...boot back up and then flash the normal bios.
 
It took me 2 times to get it to stick.

It took me 2 times to get it to stick.

My system was completely turned off. A friend of mine also has a FTW3 Ultra and had the same problem. We switched from OC to normal mode, but the card was still noisy and at idle the fans were still running.
Can I download the default normal and OC BIOS somewhere, which is on the card when it comes out of the box?
At the moment I'm using the normal BIOS from this thread here, but I'm not sure if this is the default BIOS or a beta version.

You're golden then, I can't climb +135, no matter what, with good airflow. I need water, or a miracle.

I got a bit muddled with another post, Hybrid bios, https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/227266/227266 I've just flash this and it works fine and allowed me to update to the xoc hybrid bios..
 
Tested with rtx 3080 ftw3 ultra Hdmi..




Perhaps you can tell what command options you used with nvflash? I tried flashing the one you posted but nvflash says pci mismatch.....




Its just the normal nvflash -6 -p (File name) then reboot and run update
