Any chance we can get a higher power limit for the XC3 Ultra? Feeling jealous about the higher power limit of the TUF 3080 lol

So now instead of PwrLmt on GPUz the limited factor I'm getting is VRel, I'm new to using GPUz to figure out why my GPU is being limited, what does that one mean? Voltage Regulation? or what?
It also only got up to 400W power draw during Port Royal on the OC BIOS which used to get up to 420W on the same settings.  I understand it's a beta, just giving my initial experience feedback.
Should I reinstall Drivers after the BIOS update just to be on the safe side?

Its 450w now guys! Posting screenshot. Thanks Jacob, for even going above the promised 420w, and now being super competitive with the Asus Rog strix! No more flashing unofficial bioses (I didn't but for the people that did).
 
I assume, there will be a final version right? Being this a beta.

If only I could put them on my card... Well the card I don't have yet and won't have for awhile given I'm 9/17 at 10:20 pm. Wondering how it compares with the strix now.
