I think yall fail to realize the XOC bios's are for xtreme cooling. You're not gonna get any extra performance from a normal cooling solution and power.
Yeah that's true to a certain extent. When I got my 3080 FTW3 Hybrid back in Dec, I basically put the PC outside in sub 0C and was able to clock 2265mhz passing Timespy, locked at 1.1 volts. Power use was tapping the 450w limit but generally staying under it.
https://www.3dmark.com/spy/16605955 I guess this qualifies me a not average user, since this still puts me at #31 on the leaderboard for 3080 TS GPU score.

What kinda OCs have people achieved with this
None different from stock Bios. People think if they install the XoC bios they will get a better overclock. You won't. they are made for eXtreme overclockers that use super cooling and power. Your average user will see no difference.
With the hybrid and a good fan setup the card can comfortably use 400w+ at mid 50C's and maintain clocks around 2,100 mhz gaming with a fairly heavy load, so there is a benefit and I'm happy to have it. I'd definitely be riding the power limit with the 400w limit and maybe dropping clock vs. 450w, but it doesn't make the chip any more stable at OC. If you lock in at 1.1V with ambient temps sure you can get stable at a couple 15mhz bins higher and use the higher power more, but that's not a good idea for chip health.
