Works fine until ~430~440Watt power limit.If I slide power limiter to the max 450Watt it would crash in RTX games under 4K

Works, but make sure that cables are plugged into PSU per Seasonic's instructions (certain 8 pin slots should be filled before others), otherwise maybe doesn't work.

Jeez, that's impressive on a 750watt psu.
But I assume your UPS is also adding in monitor(s) draw as well which isn't draw on the PSU.
My two monitors alone pull about 100 watts.
