Just noticed fan #1 is not spinning and Fan #2 is spinning and temps are reaching 75-80+ while gaming is there anyway I can fix this? forgot to mention Fan #2 is running @ 100% while temps are around 75-80+.

I'm assuming I am SoL with this.. I have registered this video card but I don't know what that really means. I was completely unaware of a step up program at the time of registering this video card which was in march of 2019.

Not sol. Warranty rma is still possible.

I was wondering if they ever sent out fans, I had one rattle on a machine i just built in June, but when a registered the card I got no warrantee, I tried to order a fan from China but it has a slightly different connector.

I am sorry the GPU fans are not working correctly.  Try a few steps to see if they help:

1. Install Precision X1 v1.07, and try setting a custom fan curve
2. Re-install the Nvidia Display Driver
3. Run DDU/Display Driver Uninstaller

If this does not fix the issue, please submit a support ticket or call our customer service number.  You GPU in warranty, and we can replace it if it has fan issues.
