Yeah and the entire program says that they don't do that. On the better side if they pick you for a 3090 it does not sell out as fast. You may get that. There is a long thread on reddit about this I am not a 1 of. More than 10 people complained and some like me posted the chat.  What really annoys me I am so sore from shoveling the really wet heavy now and every time I feel a soreness in my shoulder it make me think if I put the shoveling off and ordered at 4:10 PM PT or 4:05 Pm Pt I would have gotten the gear. I am still a newbie but I think I can put the link to reddit in here.

Glad to finally see some movement on the 3897!

Until yesterday, it had been stalled since 1/21!

We don't even have the shuffle program here in Canada. (Probably) Because it's illegal.

Good luck today y'all, I'm fixing to hit the hay as I have a long Wednesday ahead of me and I've been up all night fiddlin' with this card & playin' games while testing settings...
Think I got 2145-2160MHz stable-ish with less-than-stock voltage, barely, which is right about what I was hoping for on this thing.  Nice 105-120MHz boost over the "regular" 3090 FTW3 Hybrid is pretty much exactly it - of course it'd be awesome if I could run 2200+ at 24/7 stability, but I don't think that's happening even with Classified Tool tweaks to voltages, I think it would run unacceptably hot at what would be required to run that for daily-use stability... maybe I'm wrong, I'll play with that next time I mess with it.  But even if I can only run 2145MHz, that's still pretty nice, especially at lower-than-stock voltage, and as such, lower than stock load temps.

How the hell do you overclock with less voltage?

The GPU has an intended clock speed for different voltages. It's a curve with voltage points on one axis and clock speeds on the other. Anytime you ask the GPU to operate at a higher clock speed than what's on that stock curve, it's an overclock.

Undervolting is basically overclocking while also limiting the maximum voltage the GPU can use.
