I was moved through the process so yes there was Literally progress. The form is not the end all be all list, its only the forum users. Plenty of users are out there that don't even visit the forums.

If the spreadsheet is accurate, about 6 ppl got cards this weeks... Slow but we're lucky they even have such a program

Just like the notification queue - the spreadsheets likely don't even make up a fraction of the total people...
It does suck that step ups don't seem to be getting as much priority as the email notifications, but it is what it is I guess. At the end of the day, I guess they aren't all that eager to take back used cards and sell us brand new ones for the difference in cost. The fact that EVGA offers this program at all it pretty insane and we should probably just be thankful for that.
Although I'm not happy about having to play CP2077 on a 2070 Super, at least I have something to hold me over.

You basically get to rent a GPU for free by applying the entire cost of that to a new one.  Of course Step-up is not the priority.

We are extremely lucky to that EVGA even offers this program. I have a 2080s ftw ultra and stepping up to 3080 for like 90 bucks plus shipping. I mean that’s pretty awesome. I want my new card bad too but I am happy for those people getting their new cards. Less people ahead of me now lol

As I am all the way down at 9/26, I'm thinking I might have a better chance at snagging one for MSRP when it's in stock and then sell the one EVGA sends me in Step-Up..whenever that may be.
 
Really would like to get my hands on a 3080 before Cyberpunk release.

They are barely in the 10 0'clock hour EST so you are a ways off.

I didn't start the Step-Up process until 10/15.  Probably won't see one until about February or March, but this 2070 Super is one heck of an upgrade from my old 970.  It will be more than enough to get me through Cyberpunk 2077.
