Evga received my card 10/1 @ 1019am pst. Did not ship 10/1 and did not ship today 10/2. Card was graded and approved. Got the 1 to 3 day processing time. Yay!!

Step... whatever: EVGA received card 10/2 @ 135p EST; no notice or anything but got an email from UPS stating inbound was marked for my address, 10/2 @ 815p EST.
 
FWIW I've always had great luck getting fast turn around when I print the RMA on the ref barcode on UPS/FedEx, as well as their label slapped on multiple box surfaces - 3rd time and 3rd time it's been same-day back out
