Well that’s lame… still haven’t had mine canceled but I assume it’s coming.

EDIT: Yup, there it is.

The five year warranty is only 2 extra years and the 10 year warranty is 7 extra years + the original 3

It would not make any sense that and extended warranty starts before the original.
Extended means it starts when the original one is over
The Step-up is a new purchase and not a trade-in and the warranty starts a new.

So if your seeing something else I would contact EVGA and see what they say.
And please let us know. I try not to give bad information.

You were right.  My products page had an error and it was reporting as date from original product purchase.  It is fixed now.

EVGA 01G-P3-3736-KR Will an old card like this work for the step up program? I understand I will need to pay a lot to make up the difference.

If you bought a card from Amazon does it have to be shipped and sold By Amazon to qualify? Or does any new card from any Amazon seller count?

From my understanding any NEW EVGA card you can get a 3 year warranty on will qualify for step up. I've seen a couple people on YouTube step up a GT 210 to a 3090.

Pretty sure it has to be an authorized EVGA seller. It's possible the marketplace seller is an authorized seller but its unlikely. I would stick to only sold by Amazon or EVGA direct.

Be very careful of Amazon and Newegg resellers.  Here is the EVGA authorized sellers list in all categories:  https://www.evga.com/products/wheretobuy.aspx.

You can only step up from authorized sellers.  Also, if you purchase from a non-listed seller, it is a second-hand purchase.
