For those who received their 3080s for step up, do you get an actual 3080 box?

You get a brand new, sealed in the box product when stepping up.  Your answer is in the FAQ

Wow, I can't believe they're halfway through 2021 already! I sold the idea of stepping up to my wife confidently saying it wouldn't be for a year anyway, ooops 🤣

I'm anxious but on the other hand almost hoping they don't get to mid-Sept until next year.

At this point nope its going to come fast, it seems it took them a little more time to get to February as things sped up, now things are going lighting fast on the step-up.

BTW what happens to step up cards? Are they resold as new cards? Surely they aren't recycled as e waste. Are they resold to system integrators like cyberpower etc., after testing and cleaning.

used in RMA or sold back as  B-stock.

My step-up sat 23 miles away from EVGA for 27 almost 28hrs on Thursday... The wait is driving me crazy, and the fact that I do not know if all is good and my Step-Up will go though. Was signed for by DDV Alex early in the AM.  Almost an hour and a half ago.

 Similar had my ship TO EVGA sit for an extra day "for no reason". I just assume all of the shipping is bad as he head into the holidays.

I'm curious what the average actual "EVGA received" to "EVGA shipped it out" timeframe has been for people lately

Honestly they took our money, they have our card, if the sent in Step-Up card is good the Step-Up card should be sent out immediately without delay. You know the whole you paid in full so give the person the product they basically paid for. After the long wait the estimated ship date is kind a big annoyance. Since money + product has changed hands after the long long wait for some. The whole up to three days to see if your card is ok for the upgrade is also a bit nerve wracking as the time it was not in our possession being shipped hoping it makes it ok. Well they did it, its shipped in the same day :o 

Looks like EVGA reception is closed on Saturday...

Got my step 3 two nights ago (what great timing) but now I can't log into My Products properly to pay for it. It keeps logging me out. Best I seem to be able to do is get to the forums and post. Maybe.
