Been waiting since 11/22/2020. Hopefully it gets to my turn in the next couple weeks or so. Going from a FTW3 Ultra 2070 super that I got from Amazon at mrsp when they restocked it. Completely blanked and could of bought more at that time to step up and give to my brothers and cousin but oh well. Wasn’t thinking was just trying to hurry.

Been checking the email everyday since seeing someone got their step 2 three days ago having started their step 1 on 10/21/20.  I'm on 10/22 ... so close!  Need a drop soon, please!

Once the 4000 series are announced, will EVGA offer people the option to immediately queue up for like a 4070 or 4080 or something? Ahead of all new Step-Ups to those cards? Or will we get dropped to the back of the line or dropped altogether?

The step is up for whatever you chose to step up too. They won't substitute unless maybe they discontinued your card you chose to step to. And than who knows.

Really wish they would put more drops towards the stepup program before the queue.

I also wish they would do the same, dedicate more of their cards to those who have bought their product and registered it.  It's still better than everyone else in the AIBs are doing to be honest and it's one of the reasons why i also highly recommend EVGA to people.  The wait sucks, but atleast there is a step up line to stand in to be honest.  I'm waiting on a 3070 xc3 to a 3080 FTW3 ultra that i want to water block.  I've been in line for that step up from January so my wait is far from over at this point.  I'm just hoping to get that gpu in before Christmas for my son's build.

In 22 days, it will have been a year since my Step 1 confirmation. From the user generated queue lists, it seems my watch is almost over. I wish EVGA would release the order of step-ups and send out a unique identifier so I could track my progress, but I digress. 

Let's face it, not that I want to be the pessimist one, more like the realist one.
 
My calculations are simple... These dates are based on posts between pages 98 and 113 of this thread.
 
User A --> Step 1 : October 6th 2020 --> Step 4 : July 6th 2021
User B --> Step 1 : October 8th 2020 --> Step 4 : July 8th 2021
User C --> Step 1 : October 5th 2020 --> Step 4 : July 7th 2021
...
User D --> Step 1 : October 18th 2020 --> Step 4 : September 7th 2021
User E --> Step 1 : October 19th 2020 --> Step 4 : September 8th 2021 
 
My point is : To process orders between October 5th and October 18th 2020, 13 days, it took about two months.

 
Well, personally, I'm on 11/20/2020 09:01:47 (November 20th 2020)... That is 33 days later !!! Really, I don't see the day I will get my GPU.  May be in 6 months, if EVGA still makes these...
 
Too bad cause I really wanted Hyperbeast to reach it's full potential. (English is not my first language, sorry for the weird syntax)
 

 

Bought a prebuilt with a 3070 over the summer... learned of this step up program and bought the extended warranty in order to submit the stepup request to a 3080.. i thought i was being patient waiting 4-5 months..just to come here and see the depression of people waiting for over a year.. insanity.. will a 3080 even be cool anymore by the time I make the top of the list -_-
