How long did you guys have to wait for the transaction to verify? Still haven't gotten the email with info on where to ship my old card, even though I paid right after I got the step 3 email. I got the email saying that my payment was received, but it still hasn't been verified :(

sucks they are skipping the queues




Did you check the My Products link under My EVGA and make sure that you are still in the queue? Might want to make sure that the notification didn't go to your junk mail folder. Mine came from noreply@evga.com except for the RMA which came from csemail@evga.com.
 
If you missed the notification, contact them, they have excellent customer service.

10/1 dropped about a month ago, the email could've been lost in your spam folder? anyways that sucks to hear

I second this.  I missed my queue notification for the 3090 that was sent back in March.....  I e-mailed them on July 1st and asked if they could help and they reactivated my step-up.  My new card is out for delivery today. 
 
If you missed your e-mail just shoot them a message and they'll sort you out.

I am also stuck on Step 4. I sent payment immediately but now just waiting on the step 5 email. Its been 2 days
