Hey, I received my step-up email on 9/17 at 10:12am EST. Unfortunately the site was so unresponsive at the time, that I was clicking on different shipping options to try to get through, and I ended up getting through with ground shipping. Does anyone know if there's a way to change your shipping option after the fact?

I received my step 2 email 9/24 @ 1:04 PST.  Didn't get to check my email until now.  Hopefully, it will be a speedy process for everyone.
