Well, if I were sitting there with you, I might have some suggestions because I could see what I was working with. Your absolute lack of anything helpful would leave me with wasting time giving the generic suggestions. Do you catch my drift?

What he means is - a full list of computer specifications would be nice (CPU, motherboard, RAM, operating system, Nvidia driver number, monitor model / cable hookup used, overclocked or stock, etc.)

The system is
Amd 3600x stock
Evga 2080 super xc ultra gaming
16gb 3600mhz ram
Gigabyte b550 gaming x
750 watt psu.

The exact issue I am having is that both my other displays one 720p and 4k don't seem to be able to detect in windows as well as nvidia control panel.

Its a new build with a fresh install of windows and I have downloaded the most recent display drivers from nvidia experience. I have tried re downloading the driver, trying both displays, trying different hdmi cords. Everything worked perfectly fine with my last system with a 4790k oc to 4.8 and a 1070 with a decent oc all with a 360mm custom loop.

Sorry if I was a bit brusque... Okay, first things first, on the display that does work, do you get an image on all the outputs on the GPU? Lets find out if all the outputs of the GPU work first. I was thinking you'd had maybe come from an earlier gen card.  A 1070 should work similarly to a 2080.

I am going to try that when I get home from work. I have tried all of the display ports and they work fine but haven't tried the hdmi on my main monitor to rule out if just the hdmi port. And all good I didnt see it as brusque. Haha
