Well now that you have stated that there isn’t any flickering at 60hz then I would say to just straight up replace the monitor. Earlier in the thread you said there was less flickering at 60hz, and did not state there was none at all 60hz.

Sorry my bad if that is the impression I gave out. At the moment I have the refresh rate @ 100Hz and the flickering is not an issue now. Anything over this is noticeable. My test picture is when I fire up Precision. Its blue mesh and lines
makes any flickering more noticeable. Also the white writing against black background makes it obvious.
I'll stick with this monitor for a while and see how it pans out before shelling out several hundred £s on a new monitor.

Could be worth trying different cables if this hasn't already been suggested.

Yeah thanks...already replaced the original with a Vesa certified new cable.....didn't work.

Have you tried a different monitor?

Always a solid troubleshooting step to take.

Hello peeps,
Just a quick question regarding flicker issue. Is there any chance that the problem is with the card rather than the monitor?
Thanks

Pretty sure it's the monitor, but that is the whole point of testing the card with another monitor.

OK people an update. Got a new monitor and no more flickering. Just relieved that it was not my graphic card.
Thanks to all those here who tried to help.
