Precision X1 only shows 1 fan. Is this normal to only see 1 fan in Precision 1? Thanks.
 
EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER SC ULTRA GAMING, 06G-P. GPU arrived today. Shining a light into the open case, on boot up both fans seem to be working. Then they both turn off. 
Very quiet. 52C @ idle. Both fans are off. 

If you set the fan to 50% speed do both turn on? If yes, one fan is normal.

Set FAN 1 to 54%
Two fans not moving - Had to hit APPLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
FAN 1 = 1891 RPM
Checking if both are moving

No problem.

This card does not have Asynchronous fan control. You will only see 1 fan slider that will control both fans.
