This is the ASUS TUF Gaming VRAM and VRM independent cooling bracket that has been shown.  

 
I have to give it to ASUS, this thing is AWESOME, and it will be neat to see if this will be able to remain with the card when someone uses an AIO, to keep the memory chilly.  

I haven't seen their card breakdown yet.... looks interesting.

Here is a teardown , it looks like the piece can stay in place for an AIO cooler on the core.
