Hi, I have a EVGA 650 B3, 80+ BRONZE for almost a year now.
I recently bough a new Motherboard and CPU & RAM (ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus & Ryzen 5 3600 & Corsair RGB Pro 3600MHz CL18).
The EVGA 650 B3 has only one cable (1 x EPS/ATX12V 8(4+4)-Pin) but my Motherboard has 4+4 and a +4 (for a 4+4 and separate one of 4).
 
Here are the stats for the EVGA 650W B3 80+ Bronz :
MB - 1xATX (20+4)-Pin
CPU - 1 x EPS/ATX12V 8(4+4)-Pin
VGA1 - 1 x PCI-E 8(6+2)-Pin x 2
VGA2 - 1 x PCI-E 8(6+2)-Pin
SATA1 - 1 x SATA 5-Pin x 3
SATA2 - 1 x SATA 5-Pin x 3
PERIF - 1 x Molex 4-Pin x 3
FDD1 - 1 x Molex to FDD Adapter
I was wondering since I only use the MB & CPU & VGA1 & SATA1 cables on the PSU, if there is a way to either buy a cable (1 x EPS/ATX12V 8(4+4)-Pin) and use one of the SATA or VGA slots to use the missing 4Pins that I need to connect on the Motherboard because it kinda limits my OC and Motherboard PSU power draw with only the 4+4 pins connected and would like to add a 4pins without buying a new PSU.
 
or do I really need to buy a new PSU that have two CPU cables right of the box?

That 4pin CPU power socket is for extra power to the CPU for overclocking/stability..It's not necessary unless you're overclocking and have stability issues..If your PC is working OK, you can do without it, if not, then you'll need to connect it.

But yeah, you can buy adapters like the ones linked to below if you want to.

even with small overclocking I think the board and CPU is lacking that's why I wanted to test it...

It won't make any difference in your overclock.  It isn't needed.
If you were expecting to overclock to the level where it did matter, you would be using liquid nitrogen cooling with CPU volts cranked all the way up, and you would not be using a 650 watt bronze power supply.
Just use the 8-pin (or 4+4-pin) that you already have, and move on with your life.  Pretend that the other 4-pin connector isn't there; because it doesn't do anything.  It is just there for marketing; so that when you are drooling over motherboards, you don't pass up this motherboard (if the extra 4-pin wasn't there) for another motherboard with an extra 4-pin which supposedly overclocks better.  Without liquid nitrogen, it doesn't overclock better.  It doesn't do anything for you.
