Forgot about this one. To enable a heap of different Windows options and settings in one place, right-click anywhere on your desktop and select New > Folder.
Change the folder name from "New Folder" to "GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}"
Now click on that... nice.

Or name it "Poop.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}". Or name it "Master Control Panel.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}". Or name it "Super Admin.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}". Or... or. The name is irrelevant. The string after the name is what is relevant. It's a collection of Windows settings in one place. It doesn't bypass the current logged-in user account's administrative privileges.
