In my experience I've had issues with almost all the ax PSU's, NEVER had an issue with my EVGA 1500, 1600, 1300, 1000's, ever. So, I'm going to have to say that they are a step above value wise, the Corsair ax's.

Same experience for me. Even had a 5 year old gold 750W that fell down an entire staircase and lasted another 3 years lol.

LOL yes, dropped quite a few PSU's in my day and nuked so many in transit, storage, brown/blackouts, and generally just being a dummy and taking risks. The EVGA's not only hold up better in my experience, they tend to be easier to work with, and easier to find at a lower price. Things are crazy right now ofc. I REALLY need a 1600 or 2000 bad tho

Will the cables from this PSU work with a P2 1200 watt? Thank you!

Getting very confused on the actual differences on the PSUs.

Same power same rating, 40 to 60 price difference.

im hoping someone can help me.
im currently using a BP 610 EVGA psu
which only have a single strand of pcie connection
(2x 8 pin (6+2) daisy chained)
to power my RX 5600xt (150 watts)
that requires 2x 8 pin.
So my question is,
Can i still add another RX 5600xt(150 watts) by using a 2pcs of 8 pin "Y" splitter (so total of 4x PCIE 8 pin (6+2))? my psu have a 50amp for the +12v. thank you in advance.

You can buy them now they're just hard to find, and usually marked up a lot.

i just purchased this psu, i didn't realize that it had a 220volt plug on it from Europe. Is it as simple as just buying a new plug with the 120volt outlet plug. Can i just plug it in and use it or does it have to have its own 220volt circuit.  I see on the box that it can range in volts. This will be my first computer build and i want to make sure that i have everything correct.

thank you in advance for any help or suggestions!

I would contact EVGA to get the right plug since you got the Europe version. The cable itself looks to be standard but the gage of the wire would be thicker for a 1600w then lets say a 600w. It's possible that a thinner cable could get hot and cause problems that wouldn't happen with the official EVGA cable.

Can anyone from EVGA chime in as to when these will be back in stock?  It's been a month since I clicked for the auto notification.
