7 months looks like support has stopped to me

Just because a company hasn't released a driver in a while doesn't mean support has been dropped. The post earlier in this thread that I linked is from August of this year. Check it.

While true, it certainly feels like it's been dropped since the non-Pro series has received two updates since the last Pro update. Especially when discussions about updates were made, EVGA said they would be more routine with giving at least a message about update progress. They gave their message (many months ago), but only for the non-Pro series, leaving any information about potential updates/improvements MIA for Pro owners, which causes concern of whether an update is even in the pipeline.

This info?

"Feedback I received yesterday is to look for a new driver between mid-to-late August.  It will fix one issue that people were running into regarding user account issues, but they'll also try to add any of the more recent issues people have been reporting."

Over 2 months ago its time to give us info on what's going on

It would be nice to see an update but I can be a bit forgiving since the launch of the 30XX series of GPU has been a massive event with a lot of headaches. Luckily that is looking to be getting under control so hopefully we hear something soon.

Sure doesn't look like it. I'm pulling the card and selling it. This is ridiculous.

It looks like all their programmers (even when it feels they have only like 1 working there anyways) worked on the new precision x software.

Feels like support has been abandoned for the Pro model. It's been what, eight, nine months since an update?

I was an early adopter and have been constantly having a high gain microphone jack, I've made this issue known so I won't drone on about that. But I've been told microphone gain was something coming in future builds and I'm starting to lose my patience. I'm over the 32bit DAC since I've spent more time trying to temper my voice to not peak the input from a Modmic as I now work from home and interact with colleagues more often than I listen to high bitrate media.

Hell, I was expecting way better support from an American company. Even chineese ones are providing support for a year or two. The software is NOT flawless!
Problem with frequency not switching properly back when using ASIO/Windows Spatial sound is very troubling.
Microphone recording is stereo only and that really makes a trouble in some software since the mic only sounds in one year (as all normal mics are mono).
