I have a the 120-G1-1000-VR, and I ordered a set of of PCIe cables for the 100-CR-1600-B9 on Amazon, totally didn't pay attention to the model number they were for as I only searched for the cables for my PSU, and this was the first listing that came up. Assuming they work with my PSU as far as fitting goes, would it be safe to use these cables? I haven't had any luck finding the correct cables for my PSU, and my RTX 2080 will not work without me connecting my card straight to the PSU apparently, and I have lost my set of cables that came with my PSU.

Thanks in advance to anybody who might know the correct answer.

Compared to the G2/G3/G5/GA/etc. line of power supplies, the CPU, VGA, and Molex/SATA would work OK with G1 because they share the same pinout.  For obvious reasons (different number of pins going into the power supply), and less obvious reasons (different pinout), the 24pin cable will not work.

Since the 100-CR-1600-B9 only comes with the VGA and molex cables, you'll be more than fine.

this is your g1 power supply cables  https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Supply-Individually-Sleeved-100-CB-C123-B9/dp/B00DN51U94/ref=sr_1_19?dchild=1&keywords=evga+power+supply+cables&qid=1592343139&sr=8-19   they are only black and red. you might have to use the motherboard cable that came with the power supply. I know I had to. they worked for me
