How long do the codes take to come through for the promotions? I uploaded my invoice and that was accepted within a few hours, yet my request is still pending for Deliver Us The Moon. I put it in 2 days ago, and I know it says up to 3 days but I'm eager to get it before my birthday (Tomorrow) Does anyone have any idea if it should come through today or tomorrow?
