It was the fact that my freesync monitor is not officially gsync supported list but has the option.. it was enabled!! Even in nvidia control panel.. I disabled it and got a little boost in performance as well as alot less coil whine!!!
I guess one can say I'm SUPER Happy!!!

I recently received an RMA'd 2060 Super and the replacement also has coil whine.  I've tried undervolting, different outlet (no UPS), turning off G-Sync to no avail.  Do you have to play the RMA lottery to receive one that has minimal coil whine?  Both cards I received have pretty audible coil whine.  The coil whine only happens once the card is supplying over 1V.  I have a EVGA 750W Gold PSU.

Thanks!

Yeah the gsync wasnt the issue but I did read some where that it's the higher fps that causes it but then again thats past your 1.0 voltage when you begin to hear yours... o haven't check at what voltage mine begins to whine!! But it is not there when sitting in lobby of warzone when set to 60fps in lobby!!!

Coil whine will always be there and can't guarantee that you'll get one without it.  Try capping your FPS to different ranges and see if it lessens.  Start with your screen's refresh rating and go from there by decreasing it.
