I Just Put a 2080 Super Black, into a EVGA Classified with a 980X, using HDMI, on a Samsung UHD TV. 65 FPS on Ugine Heaven. Max FPS 138.5, Will try again when the second card arrives, already have the NV-Link. Anyone interested I just put it in and it worked, was worried, with such an old board, replaced 980-ti's. My daughter got them, and she was thrilled. using a Corsair AX1200 PSU.

stepped up from an evga gtx 1060  6 gb edt. , a huge leap in performance , over clocks very well , no heat issues, no rgb - my rig has enough of that anyways , so no loss there , my only question is are they sli capable or no ?

Are you asking about the 280 super or the 270 super?
The EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER BLACK GAMING, 08G-P4-3081-KR, 8GB GDDR6 is $729.99
The EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER KO GAMING, 08G-P4-2083-KR, 8GB GDDR6, Dual Fans is $729.99

Not sure why But even on the EVGA page: They give you a Discount if you add the NV-Link. See
https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-2083-KR
New egg lists the 2080KO as SLI ready .... I'm Not real sure, I just know what I have, and that is does SLI, or Rather NV-Link and New egg says the 2080 KO does.

just found an error on a pic in the website, the label on the side says 2080, but the label on the front says 2070
https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-2083-KR#images-5

the picture does show it with the NV link connection, but I'd question if that's reliable info given the mistake I just mentioned ( Likely a render or edit imo)

I'm thinking of grabbing a 2070 super until I can step up. Anyone had any experience at 5120x1440 with these cards?
