the ramping sound drives me nuts only kinda fix so far for it is to set the fans to 32% all the time. if it drops lower between 31% and 1% it makes this sound.  I have tried pressing down on the fans to see if it was a loose barring or something but no luck. the cables under the fans are nice and flat and are not hitting the fins. if I spin it by hand there is no sound or hitting of cables. not sure what else to do.

well, it sounds like rpm is too low, so fans just constantly turns on and off.

yeah got always keep the fan set to above 32% or it will make this sound and often the stupid program will just ignore my manual setting and do what ever it likes.  it looks like it may also only be inthe one fan. can evga just send out one fan for me to repair.  it cost and arm and aleg to go and RMA this back to the USA to get it fixed
