while loading map game shows you only static page/screen with progress bar. why you thing this should load your gpu at all? of course it is sitting at "no load" limit.


The problem is after the map loads.

Now I’m receiving a “windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (code 43)”

It is your second time at least saying "your card is dead, rma" while it could be software issues ;)
Previous time was chrome hw acceleration bug.

This doesn't mean it's a GPU issue. I think you're being reactionary because of a bad experience you had.
 
You need to eliminate other possible causes first.

I have tried all of the possible software problems. Having a tech pick it up to ascertain whether it’s the card, or the BIOS. It is overclocked by EVGA. I have not messed with any settings.

Have you tried different games to see if there's a hardware issue and that it's not a software one?

Although it does sound software related, the card could could be at fault .
