I just got my KPE in today and got it all set up and been running some benches to get a good OC set on it. I can’t seem to get a decent OC on it with GPU over +100 crashing and MEM over +750 also crashing. This is on the stock 240 rad and my ambient is only 60-64F (~16-18C). Any advise or recommendations? Did I just get a dud?

The +100 core is meaningless, it's just an off set. What is the actual core speed it's boosting to?

+100 isn't telling us much, what is that +100 from as a starting point. As far as memory don't jump all at once, move up in low increment of about 10 or 15 run a couple times if successful raise 10 or 15 again. If using px1 slide power and voltage to Max. Put fans at Max as well. Sliding bios switch to OC will be more aggressive fan operation but the only way to get 100% fan operation will be to flash the ln2 bios into the OC or normal bios position. Below link should help you out as well. You should be able to get at least +1000 on the memory though, and most of the Kingpin will get 2175 to 2190

+750 on the mem is also low.

Highest stable I’ve gotten thus far is 2160 MHz on GPU which steps down to 2145 around 43C as expected. I’ll have to comb through that doc and maybe flash the bios over for the fan speed unlock. I’m working on the GPU first for now with mem at stock speed and then approach that later. Thanks for the initial info.

That's a good way to do it, figure out your max GPU clock then worry about your memory. They are kind of finicky.

2160-2145 isn't bad at all.

So i set everything to stock, except for voltage and power sliders left at max, and ran the scan tool. The result was +226. But if I set that offset and hit test, my score is only a 26. Seems unlikely to be stable even though it recommended it to me. I guess I'll go back to running a Heaven loop and play with the settings until it stops crashing.

Honestly?
That looks low .
I was getting faster on my FTW3 with standard bios .
Saying that, I'm crying because I can't get over 2295 .
